Fiona MacKinnon is a corporate operations and communications leader with extensive experience in organisational excellence and global partnerships. As Bentley Systems’ Infrastructure Policy Advancement Operations Manager, she supports a global team and oversees strategic initiatives to position Bentley as a leader in infrastructure transformation.
Previously, Fiona played a key role at the G20 Global Infrastructure Hub (GI Hub), establishing the Canadian office’s operations and managing North American activities. She streamlined processes, facilitated high-level engagements, and led cultural transformation initiatives.
With over two decades of experience spanning entrepreneurship, healthcare, government, and international organisations, Fiona excels in fostering collaboration, enhancing operational efficiency, and guiding teams through complex challenges. She holds a specialisation in Psychology (Mental Health & Addiction) from McMaster University, Canada, along with multiple certifications from Harvard Business School in Management, Leadership, and Strategy Execution. Fiona is also a certified Professional Scrum Master (PSM1) with additional qualifications in Human Resources and Workplace Health & Wellbeing.
