Lindsay O’Leary is the Director of Infrastructure Policy Advancement, U.S. at Bentley Systems, where she works with infrastructure owners, policymakers, industry organizations, and technology leaders to advance infrastructure modernization through digital transformation and strategic collaboration. As part of Bentley’s global Infrastructure Policy Advancement team, she supports thought leadership initiatives and partnerships that promote more resilient and digitally enabled infrastructure.

Lindsay brings more than 20 years of experience spanning civil engineering, infrastructure strategy, business development, and executive leadership. Prior to joining Bentley, she served on the senior leadership team at the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), where she led business development and strategic partnerships, expanding collaboration across government agencies, private industry, and the nonprofit sector while supporting initiatives focused on infrastructure innovation and emerging technologies.

Before transitioning into association and executive leadership, Lindsay worked in engineering consulting, including with Geosyntec Consultants, where she specialized in project management and multidisciplinary civil engineering projects.

A licensed Professional Engineer and executive leader, Lindsay is passionate about bringing together diverse stakeholders to address complex infrastructure challenges.

Lindsay earned an Executive MBA from Georgetown University as a Forté Fellow and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (Texas), a Fellow of the American Society of Civil Engineers, a Certified Association Executive, and a LEED Accredited Professional.
